Finally stopped to try this brand, ordered cinnamon roll iced coffee, it was ok. I originally told girl I was thinking of a cold brew, she says our cold brews aren't very good! Not a great business model imo.

I love seven brew. I love them even more now. Went to my local seven brew and explained that I love their energy drinks however I find them to come off too strong and pungent. But the employee i spoke to said I can either make it more sweeter or make it sugar free. I ended up making it more sweeter and man am I in heaven. This tropical mango pineapple combo is to die for!!!thank you to my local seven brew for being so nice and helpful. Keep up the great work 🥂

I had a really frustrating experience here. We went up to order and asked for 5 drinks, and the employee taking our order—who was short and overweight—immediately responded with “hell no.” At first, we thought he was joking, but it quickly became clear he was being serious. The attitude right from the start was off-putting and unprofessional. To make things easier, we all ordered the exact same drink. Instead of helping things run smoothly, the employee got visibly annoyed with us for it and started getting rude. On top of that, even though the order was identical, multiple drinks (around 4–6 of them) were made incorrectly, which makes no sense. Overall, the service was disrespectful, disorganized, and just plain unpleasant. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

Decided to try 7Brew for the first time last night and it was unfortunately not a great experience service-wise. When I pulled in line there were maybe 10 cars total between the two lanes. I sat in line for almost 25 minutes!? 5:59-6:22pm. While I was sitting there I watched THIRTEEN (yes I counted) cars go by in the lane next to me with zero issues and hardly any wait time. Absolutely ridiculous! The employee in my lane was sitting by the window taking one order at a time while the one in the other lane was walking down the lane taking orders so by the time the car got to the front their order was ready to go. It wasn't until I was finally 2 cars from the front and probably 8 cars behind me that the girl taking my lanes' orders started to walk the line. Then my drink needed to be fixed because I ordered light ice and the cup I was given was literally completely filled with ice, no exaggeration. After this experience I'm really not sure I'd come back to this location again because was late for where I needed to be after. It's a shame too because seeing other reviews, this doesn't seem to be the usual service but I can't be sure since it was my first time. If I ever decide to come b

I’m sure this was an off day, being daylight savings time and we are all tired. I stopped to get an iced earl grey with cold foam and was given a cup of ice water with a bag of tea topped with foam. Half an hour later and it was still just milky sugar water. I think this is just the case of someone not knowing how to make iced tea but it sure was a waste of money.
